- The effectiveness of security measures depends on various factors beyond our control
- We make no guarantees regarding specific security outcomes or threat prevention
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Secure Point shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- We are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services during the twelve months preceding the claim

In such events, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.

The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.
Entire Agreement

Waiver
No waiver by Secure Point of any term or condition shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition. Our failure to assert any right or provision under these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Assignment
